Check Non-Enclosed Area
If there are no enclosed area in the project, you can use this function to locate the entities not forming enclosed areas rapidly.
1. Click Check Non-Enclosed Area.
2. Drag-select the area that you want to check, and then right-click to confirm. In the following window, the non-enclosed area is marked.
3. In the Check Result window, the location of the non-enclosed entity is listed. Double-click the entity name to automatically locate the entity.
4. To extend entities in batches, click Auto Process. To extend the selected entity, click Extend. To go to next entity, click Next.
Note
Click Welcome > Options > Others, and then you can adjust the value for Non-enclosed Area Settings: Maximum extension at gaps to form intersections. By default, the value is 50, that is, you can find all gaps with a length less than 50mm at intersections.
Check Non-Enclosed Area by Floor
1. Click Check Non-Enclosed Area by Floor.
2. Click OK, and then in the following window, select the floors and element types as needed.
3. Click OK, and In the Check Result window, double-click the entity name to automatically locate the entity.
4. To extend entities in batches, click Auto Process. To extend the selected entity, click Extend. To go to next entity, click Next.
