When importing IFC or RVT projects, the read-only objects and external objects are always found in models. To find out the entities of read-only objects and external objects rapidly and their locations accurately, you can use this function.

1. Import an IFC or RVT project, and then click Check Entity Object Type. If there are read-only objects or external objects in projects, the following box appears.
   
2. Double click on the content to locate the corresponding entity.

You can use Check Entity Object Type to check the entities of read-only objects and external objects in imported IFC/RVT models.
