Your computer may encounter compatibility issues with your graphics card, which cause the software to work abnormally. This guideline provides some solutions for your reference. If all of the following could not help you resolve the issues, please contact TAS service team for further technical support.
1. Disable integrated graphics card
1) Check your computer configurations of graphics cards
Right-click on “This PC”->Select “Properties”->Select “Device Manager”->Select “Display adapters”.
The graphics card device information will be displayed after the operation.
You could also enter the "Device Manager" dialog by right-click the start menu and select "Device Manager".
2) Disable the integrated graphics card
- If there are 2 or more than 2 graphic cards in your computer (as shown after step 1), you are highly suggested to disable the integrated graphic card.
- If the computer has 2 graphics cards titled "Intel" and "NVIDIA", you could find the "Intel" one as the integrated graphics card and disable it.
- If the computer has 2 graphics cards titled "Intel" and "AMD", you could find the "Intel" one as the integrated graphics card and disable it.
- If the computer has 2 graphics cards titled "AMD" and "NVIDIA", you could find the "AMD" one as the integrated graphics card and disable it.
- For other situations, please as for the help of your IT team to identify the integrated graphics card and disable it.
2. Upgrade your graphics card driver.
You can get your graphics card model type by "Viewing the Computer Graphics Type" operation, download the latest driver to install the graphics card through the official website. If your graphics card are produced by Intel, AMD, or NVIDIA, please upgrade the graphics driver by the following method.
1) Intel graphics driver upgrade(Choose one way)
- Update the graphics driver through "Intel DSA".

2) NVIDIA graphics driver upgrade
- Directly download the latest driver version according to your computer graphics model and operating system

3) AMD graphics driver upgrade(Choose one way)
- Update the graphics driver using the AMD driver automatic update program
- Directly download the latest driver version according to your computer graphics model and operating system
