Troubleshooting Method:

1. Does the number of entities exceed 20,000?
2. Are there two computers with PCC installed?
3. Do the IP addresses belong to the same network segment?
4. If the answers to the above three questions are all yes, then there may be something wrong with the broadcast itself.
