Solution:

1. Uninstall it first, and then install a lower version.
2. Exit PCC manually, and then install a lower version.

Note: Once the prompt appears, do not click Skip. If you click Skip, even if the installation succeeds, you still cannot use it with a lower version.

After the version 8000, the problems involving install and uninstall are resolved.
