1. Segmentation 

Segmentation function enables you to flexibly demarcate segmentations for quick quantity extractions, which greatly reduces the time of preparing quantities for the construction stage usage of splitting “Construction Zone”, allocating for “Subcontracting“, or demarcating for "Progress Claim", and ensure the accuracy.

2. Revision

Revision function enables you to quickly update revision models with the auto comparison of “Drawing Changes” and to calculate for the changes, which alleviates the problems of taking too much time dealing with revisions and VOs. 

3. Cubicost Cloud

Cubicost Cloud is a web-based management platform that provides online viewing of BIM models, cloud storage & sharing of project documents, and online collaboration among construction parties. We help construction players communicate better by using the same BIM model and interacting in the cloud.

4. Identification Check

Identification Check is a function to list up all the possible errors after auto-identifying beams and to provide a quick-to-edit box to amend beam attributes, which allows you to check models in an easier manner.
